As a growing agency, we’re looking for a Sales Hunter to join our team and help us expand our client base by focusing on proactive outreach to attract new business.
You will be at the forefront of our new business efforts, responsible for actively generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. You’re a self-starter who excels at driving revenue growth through proactive prospecting and outreach and has a talent for opening doors to new clients.

What will you be doing?
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail, manufacturing, automotive, hospitality, groceries, and B2B sectors.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach (including cold calling), networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
- Conduct market research to identify key prospects and tailor your approach to their needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create compelling proposals and close deals.
- Represent FORWARD at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and expand your network.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, progress, and forecasts in the CRM system.
Your profile
- You have a proven track record (or the right mindset for) as a Sales Hunter or Business Development Representative, ideally in the tech or consultancy space.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- You have a strong understanding of B2B sales, especially in retail, manufacturing, automotive, hospitality, or groceries.
- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- You're highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- You have the ability to think strategically and execute precisely, maintaining a determined mindset to persist and push through challenges, especially when facing rejection during cold calls.
- Having a network in one or more key industries is a significant advantage.
