Start with one use case

The Data Cloud quick start track puts Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) to work on one real use case, within the scope of your provisioning and your budget. Data Cloud pulls customer data from every channel into one view, and a proof of concept shows you first hand what that does for your business. It is the foundation for smarter customer experiences (internal link: Salesforce Data Cloud: The Foundation of Smarter Customer Experiences), and this track lets you test that claim on your own data.
