JBC dresses Belgian and Luxembourg families in affordable, quality fashion, backed by over 40 years of personal shopping advice and a real commitment to sustainability. With online fashion sales booming and competition tightening, JBC needed its 145 stores and its e-shop to work as one experience, not two.

JBC won Best OmniChannel Retailer, and online sales now make up 20% of turnover. That growth isn't an accident: mobile became the primary way customers shop, so we built a mobile-first platform designed to convert on the device people actually use.
In-store devices now run on the same back end as the website, so a customer's family profile and loyalty points follow them between channels. Staff see one consistent view of every customer, whether they're online, in a fitting room, or on the phone.
JBC's online shop was live, but growth had stalled as fashion e-commerce got more competitive. JBC didn't want to lose its share of that market, so it came to FORWARD for a faster, simpler way to shop online.
The bigger challenge was connecting every channel into one experience: online, in-store, and the systems behind them, from product data to marketing and order management. That meant a mobile-first rebuild, plus the family shopping and loyalty features JBC's customers expect.

We built a mobile-first platform around what makes JBC's shopping experience personal: inspirational content, a smarter search with richer filters, and product information that actually helps people decide.
In-store kiosks now run on the same platform as the website, connected to a PIM, CMS, marketing platform, and order management system. One customer, one journey, whether they walk into a store or open the app.
