Customer challenge
The customer wanted a webshop in the Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Platform. It was also time to update integration with new back-end solutions to optimise the data flows to the OMS and CRM.
FORWARD challenge
Existing connected integrations at CKS were no longer able to meet the customer’s demands. Entirely new data integrations were required to connect up other parties. The greatest challenge for FORWARD lay in successfully migrating these data flows easily and seamlessly.
