As a Salesforce Test Engineer, your expertise will be crucial in shaping the quality and reliability of our digital solutions. You will spearhead the development and implementation of advanced QA strategies, ensuring our products meet the highest standards across diverse industries.
Your role will involve hands-on testing, test automation, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our QA processes. If you have a strong background in Salesforce and a passion for enhancing product quality through innovative testing methodologies, you will thrive in this dynamic environment and play a key role in our clients’ success.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and implement modern QA strategies that align with company objectives.
- Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases across various testing methodologies.
- Manage and participate in hands-on testing and test automation to identify, document, and resolve system defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall product quality and improve QA processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and standard processes contributing to the growth and continuous improvement of quality and testing processes within the organization.
Your profile
- You have 2-5 years’ experience within the Salesforce landscape, delivering large scale test automation initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Ecommerce experience is a plus.
- You can express yourself fluently in English. Dutch or French are a plus.
- You have experience with testing platforms like e.g. Cypress, Selenium.
- You have strong communication skills and are used to working in Agile teams.
- You have knowledge of performance, security, and usability .
- You have knowledge of version control.
- You are always looking for improvements and reflecting about new tools or technologies.
- You are proficient in test planning, test case design, and test execution and test automation.
- You demonstrate QA Metrics and KPIs to drive improvement initiatives.
- You have DevSecOps experience, integrating automated tests into CI/CD Pipelines.
- You have experience with OAuth, Single-Sign-On, JSON and XML.
- You have experience in testing REST Web Services and Postman.
- You are proficient with JIRA and project management tools.
