What’s the job like?

Our CRM team builds multi-cloud Salesforce projects for brands in all kinds of industries, and you land right in the middle of it. Day to day you work alongside Solution Architects, developers and project managers, and you are the one clients talk to. That means sitting down with them to find out what they really need, turning it into a technical design that can scale, and keeping everyone on the same page from kickoff to go-live.

Once a project is rolling, the standard is simple: on time, on budget, on scope, and built the Salesforce way. When it goes live, clients get proper training and documentation, so they can run the platform on their own. And what you learn along the way does not stay with you. Sharing knowledge and coaching colleagues is a big part of how this team keeps getting better.

Who are you

If you are driven and love a good challenge, you will feel at home here. At FORWARD we like people who spot a problem and start building the fix before anyone asks. Good teamwork matters just as much, and so does the confidence to take the lead when a project needs it and to bring clients along in clear language. New technology should excite you rather than scare you, and keeping a few projects moving at once should not throw you off your game. A Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service or Platform Developer II certificate? Nice to have.
