A Project Manager at FORWARD manages projects, from inception over execution to closing. You represent the client and make sure the intended result is realized, with concrete deliverables and intermediate steps, a clear schedule and the resources the project needs. You manage all of those resources, including staff, and you define who takes which role and who reports to whom.
Along the way you monitor, measure and report on progress to management and clients, and you align with customers, suppliers and Salesforce. Deadlines are sacred here, so together with the project team you deliver on time, on budget and with acceptable risks. And because the relationship with the customer lasts longer than one project, you think along strategically and spot new opportunities.
If you are result-oriented, assertive and eager to learn, and you stay calm when the pressure goes up, you will feel at home here. Analytical thinking, strong organizational skills and leadership come naturally to you, and so does a great sense of responsibility: customers, stakeholders and FORWARD tribe members are at the centre of your attention. You are passionate about digital transformation and implementations in the Salesforce ecosystem, and you bring a strong technical background in (custom) software development. Agile holds no surprises for you, and a project management certification is a plus. People management, time management, problem-solving, communication, ownership, decision-making and negotiation are your key competencies.
