FORWARD keeps growing, and our digital commerce team grows with it. We’re looking for a Junior/Medior Business Analyst who works side by side with clients on Salesforce projects, in retail, grocery, healthcare and beyond, and who is the link between business and technology.

2
Years as a Business Analyst or in an e-commerce role, preferably
NL + EN
Dutch and fluent English, French is a plus
Europe
Based in Europe
You join digital transformation projects where you work closely with the client’s business and your colleagues on the implementation and growth of the Salesforce eCommerce platform. Before a project starts, you gather the requirements, and you prepare and lead the business workshops and design sprints at the client’s side.
From there you turn what the client needs into clear tasks and stories for our development team, and you organize client demos with the support of Salesforce and your colleagues at FORWARD. You also bring the latest platform innovations and trends to our customers, because you speak the language of both business and technology, and you naturally follow what happens in the tech world.
If you live and breathe e-commerce and digital technology, you will feel at home here. You really understand what a customer needs and gain energy from working with them on the best solution on the market. You are curious about the latest trends and technologies, about what AI can do for a business, and about how big the impact of technology can be on a company. Experience with Salesforce, e-commerce or Commerce Cloud B2C is a big plus, and a little party now and then is more than welcome. Excusez-moi? Knowledge of French is a plus.
